CANDLE CARE

CARING FOR YOUR CANDLES:

Wooden wick candles are a bit different from the traditional cotton wick, they burn longer, cleaner and crackle too. They do however require a bit of extra care and attention, but trust us it is worth it.

  1. Always ensure you trim your wick before each use, and remove all charred wood from the previous burn.

  2. Ensure that the candle burns long enough to let the melt across the entire diameter of your candle, this is especially important on the first burn. The first burn is important as this determines how well the candle will continue to burn.

  3. If the candle self extinguishes, then ensure that all charred wick from the previous burn is removed and then hold a lit match against the wick for 20 - 30 seconds.

  4. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave it unattended.

We are so proud of our product and range, but please let me know if you have any queries, questions or hesitations.
