Here are a few extra things which we thought you might want to know.

Wooden wick candles are a bit different from the traditional cotton wick, they burn longer, cleaner and crackle too. They do however require a bit of extra care and attention, but trust us it is worth it.

  1. Always ensure you trim your wick before each use, and remove all charred wood from the previous burn.

  2. Ensure that the candle burns long enough to let the melt across the entire diameter of your candle, this is especially important on the first burn. The first burn is important as this determines how well the candle will continue to burn.

  3. If the candle self extinguishes, then ensure that all charred wick from the previous burn is removed and then hold a lit match against the wick for 20 - 30 seconds.

  4. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave it unattended.

We are so proud of our product and range, but please let me know if you have any queries, questions or hesitations.

Caring and how to use your Wax melts:

  1. Place your burner in a safe and stable location, out of reach of children, pets and away from drafts and anything flammable.

  2. Place one wax melt into the melting pot at the top of the burner. (Do not add water). Reseal the bag or pop the remaining wax melts in an airtight container to keep them safe, ensure these are kept away from children and pets.

  3. Light a tealight candle (unscented) in the base of the burner and allow the wax to melt - when melted your room will be filled with the beautiful aroma.

  4. Do not leave a candle unattended, including a tealight.

  5. After extinguishing the flame the soy wax will then solidify again in the burner. Do not touch this until it has solidified.

  6. Re-use the wax melt until no scent is released

  7. To remove the wax melt once the scent has gone, warm the burner up for a short time until you can remove the block of wax, wipe clean and it is then ready for you to reuse.

  8. You can also use these wax melts as an air freshener, purchase one of our little canvas bags or pop them into some foil and pop them into your wardrobe, drawers or bathroom. Please always remember to keep them out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not light the reeds.

  • Do not ingest the liquid.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Reeds are to be turned every 2 weeks, but for a strong scent turn them more regularly.

  • Always wash your hands after turning the reeds.

  • Do not place the diffuser on an uneven surface.

  • We advise using a coaster to place your reed diffuser onto this will protect surfaces in the case of accidental spillage.

  • Reed diffusers will last for approximately 12 weeks.
